- 120 g apple, fresh
- ½ banana(s)
- 120 g yogurt
- 150 g milk
- 1 dashes lime juice, freshly squeezed
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with banana
Peel and chop the mango. Wash and chop the apples. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with yogurt, milk, and lime juice. Season to taste with sugar or agave syrup and pour into glasses.
