Mango baked with coconut

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s), ripe
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp cranberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without added sugar

Peel, core, and dice the mango. Place it in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the cranberries and desiccated coconut over the top and bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the desiccated coconut is golden brown.
