Mango Banana Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Ginger
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 8 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Chili
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Cream or milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • Curry
  • Asian spice

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken breasts, dry them and cut them into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
  • Peel the onion and garlic into cubes. Remove the seeds from the chilli, cut into small pieces and add to the chicken with the grated ginger and fry everything until golden yellow, season with salt, paprika and pepper - remove and set aside.
  • Peel the mango and banana, cut into small pieces and add to the pan with the quartered tomatoes - fry briefly and then deglaze with the coconut milk and cream and add the meat again.
  • Bring everything to the boil with the curry and the Asian spices to taste.
  • Since the husband doesn't eat rice, we ate ribbon noodles with it - Bon appetit; 🙂
