Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 mango(s), finely diced
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Grate the cauliflower and broccoli and place them in a large bowl with the finely diced mango. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and let stand for two hours.
