Mango-chili dressing

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 2 pinches of chili powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 small mango(s), pureed
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar or the juice of one lemon
  • 90 ml rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fruity dressing, ideal for light salads.

Mix together salt, pepper, chili, honey, mango puree, and white wine vinegar or lemon juice. Then add the oil. If desired, you can add leftover mango in small cubes. This dressing is perfect for light mixed salads and goes wonderfully with roasted chicken strips and fish. Enjoy!
