Mango Coconut Buttermilk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s), ripe
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 300 ml fruit juice (orange, mango, lemon)
  • 500 g buttermilk
  • 1 dashes sweetener, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and chop it into small pieces. Place it in a blender with the other ingredients. Blend everything thoroughly and serve in a glass.
