Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large mango(s), ripe
- 200 g coconut milk
- 300 ml fruit juice (orange, mango, lemon)
- 500 g buttermilk
- 1 dashes sweetener, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and chop it into small pieces. Place it in a blender with the other ingredients. Blend everything thoroughly and serve in a glass.
