Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mango pulp
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g cream
  • 1 organic lime(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Chop the mango flesh into small pieces and puree it with the powdered sugar. Combine the mascarpone, sour cream, and cream well. Stir in the lime juice and zest. Pour all ingredients into the ice cream maker and freeze for 35 to 40 minutes until creamy.
