Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 large banana(s), ripe
- 125 ml sugar syrup
- 125 g mascarpone
- 125 ml cream
- 1 tbsp lemon zest, grated
- 1 tbsp, levelled lemon juice
Instructions

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone, and place it in a blender. Peel and slice the banana. Add it to the blender along with the mascarpone and sugar syrup and blend until smooth. Empty into a bowl and stir in the cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Note: For the sugar syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves (simple syrup). You can make a larger batch; it will keep for months in a bottle.
