Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g whole grain cereal flakes
  • 15 g honey
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • ½ mango(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the flakes in a small bowl. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla and honey and pour over the flakes. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Cut it into small cubes and mix it into the soaked muesli.
