- ½ papaya
- 1 tbsp curry powder, or to taste
- some chili powder
- some salt
- possibly oil, high quality, vegan
Instructions

Peel, core, and dice the mango. Peel and halve the papaya, scoop out the core, and dice it. Blend the mango with the papaya and curry powder and season with chili, curry powder, and salt. If you’d like it more flavorful, you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of high-quality (vegan) oil.
