Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 stalk(s) celery
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 1 small red chili pepper(s) (fresh)
- 1 large mango(s)
- 80 g macadamia nuts
- 130 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 190 g yogurt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mango chutney, or any other

Cut the fillets into cubes, fry thoroughly, and let cool. Chop the celery, bell pepper, zucchini, and chili into pieces and place in a bowl. For the dressing: Mix the chutney, soy sauce, yogurt, curry powder, and mayonnaise well. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Dice the mango and carefully add it to the other ingredients. Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the salad before serving.
