Colorful salad with ham and Cabanossi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 ½ large bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g ham
  • 100 g Cabanossi (mini)
  • 4 tsp, heaped sunflower seeds
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the ham into small cubes and the mini Cabanossi into thin slices. Fry both in a pan with oil until crispy. Trim, wash, and finely chop the lettuce. Dice the bell pepper and cucumber. Combine everything with the sunflower seeds, Cabanossi, and ham in a large bowl and mix. A classic oil and herb dressing is ideal. However, you can use any dressing you like, or even none at all. It tastes great too!
