Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g mango(s) (mango pulp), fresh
- 30 g spinach (baby spinach), organic
- 0.33 tsp ginger, finely grated
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 ml coconut water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with fresh ginger
Puree the roughly diced mango flesh with the sorted and washed spinach, ginger, yogurt, and coconut water in a blender. Serve chilled.
