Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 can/n mango(s) (drained weight approx. 230g)
- 23 ladyfingers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 180 ml natural yogurt
- 180 ml cream, whipped
- 1 orange(s), (the juice)
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 shot of Marsala (sweet)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Drain the mangoes in a sieve and puree with a hand blender. Collect the mango juice and mix it with the orange juice and Marsala. Now arrange the ladyfingers in a baking dish at least 5 cm deep (I used a 32 x 20 cm dish) and drizzle with the juice. Spread the mango puree over the drizzled ladyfingers. Mix the mascarpone, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar together (use a blender) and fold in the whipped cream. Add more sugar, if desired. Spread the mixture over the mango puree. Let the tiramisu rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Other canned fruits can also be used (peaches, apricots, etc.).
