Mangold yogurt with black cumin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g chard, young
  • 6 tbsp thickened Turkish yogurt, 10%
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp black cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Turkish, vegetarian

Gently heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and add salt, pepper, and chard. Sauté gently with the lid on for 6-8 minutes. Then transfer to a sieve and carefully squeeze out the liquid. Let cool slightly and coarsely chop to taste. Mix the yogurt with the garlic and fold in the lukewarm chard. Serve garnished with a little black cumin and olive oil.
