Spread the love

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 onion(s)
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes

Dice the feta cheese, slice the onion into rings, and halve the garlic. Layer everything in a jar: feta cheese, pepper, herbs, onions, garlic, etc. Pour everything over a good olive oil and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 days (the refrigerator shouldn’t be too cold, or the olive oil will solidify). Tastes delicious with baguette or antipasti, with grilled meat, or in a salad.
