Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 m.-sized mango(s)
  • 3 slices of goat cheese or young Gouda
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • some garlic granules
  • some mango juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

low in histamine, lactose-free, vegan

Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the mango. Reserving the juice. Dice the mango and cheese. Place everything in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing with mango juice, olive oil, salt, garlic granules, apple cider vinegar, and curry powder. Pour over the iceberg lettuce and let it sit for a good half hour. Mix well before serving. Tip: Tastes great with homemade bread.
