super quick and especially tasty, refreshing in summer

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Finely chop the onions and sauté them in olive oil until translucent. Add the minced meat to the onions in the pan and fry well. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes and mix them with the finely chopped parsley in a bowl with salt. Peel the garlic and press it into the yogurt, season with salt to taste. Fill four plates with pasta, spread the minced meat mixture over the top, then the garlic yogurt and then the tomato salad. Then heat the butter in a small pan, briefly fry the paprika in it and spoon it over the plates. It tastes particularly light in summer and is refreshing, as it is already lukewarm from the yogurt and tomato salad.
