Maple syrup cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 ml maple syrup
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g walnuts, or alternatively peanuts
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine butter, sugar, salt, and maple syrup with a hand mixer. Combine flour and baking powder, stir into the mixture, and mix to form a dough. Add the finely chopped nuts to the dough. Drop portions onto the baking sheet with a spoon. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
