Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
  • 275 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • 500 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 25 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

LF 30, for a Bundt cake pan (23 cm)

First, cream the butter until smooth and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and stir into the egg mixture alternately with the milk (only use enough milk so that the batter falls heavily from the spoon). Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased bundt cake pan. Sift the cocoa powder and stir it into the rest of the batter along with the sugar and milk until it falls heavily from the spoon. Spread the dark batter on top of the light batter, using a fork to spiral through the batter layers to create a marbled pattern. Bake the cake for about 50-65 minutes (convection oven 180°C). Total approximately: 4528 kcal, 151.25 g fat (fat content: 30%).
