Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 210 g low-fat margarine
- 210 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp rum
- 400 g flour
- 80 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 ml milk, low-fat
- 20 g cappuccino powder, without sugar

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
WW-suitable, 3.5 points per piece, for 20 pieces
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk 200g margarine, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time and the rum. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, then fold into the egg mixture, alternating with 100ml of milk. Pour half of the batter into a bundt pan. Stir in the cappuccino powder and remaining milk into the remaining batter. Pour onto the light-colored batter and use a fork to create spirals. Bake in the preheated oven for 65 minutes.
