Marbled chocolate cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 tbsp sauce (chocolate dessert sauce, ready-made product)
  • 2 pinch(s) ground cinnamon
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 12 biscuits (Amarettini)
  • powdered sugar
  • mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the mascarpone and quark, then halve. Mix one half with the chocolate dessert sauce and cinnamon, and the other half with the vanilla sugar and amaretto. Ladle the white cream into small bowls, then the brown cream. For a marbled effect, swirl it up once or twice with a fork, then refrigerate. Garnish with amaretti biscuits and mint leaves to serve, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
