Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour, preferably wholemeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp stevia powder
- 1 packet of dry yeast (7 g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 260 ml water, lukewarm
- margarine

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
for the Unold bread maker Backmeister model 68010, makes approx. 15 slices
Dissolve the salt in a little water. Brush the kneader with margarine. Then add all ingredients to the baking pan, adding the water last. Set the bread maker to standard (speed 1) and the loaf size to speed 2. I also set the bread to “light,” but that’s a matter of taste. Then start the machine. Immediately after baking, remove the bread from the machine and remove the kneader. One loaf of bread is enough for about 15 slices.
