Marinade for beef

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice
  • 300 g beef steak(s), cut into strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

hot stone etc.

Mix all ingredients except the meat into a marinade. Add the meat and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Drain the marinade and arrange the meat in a bowl or similar dish, as desired.
