Ingredients

  • 8 medium Chicken breast
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Oregano (wild marjoram) spice
  • 1 tsp Nane Mint
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 120 ml Oil
  • 4 tbsp Sevkoc pepper pulp

Instructions

  • Put 120-125 ml of oil (vegetable oil) in a sealable storage box. Now add all the spices. Make sure that the garlic should be very finely chopped. Now add the paprika pulp and stir everything with the help of a fork.
  • Now cut the meat into cubes of the same size and add (fold in) the finished marinade so that it is even (marinated). Let the meat stand in the sealed fresh-keeping box in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Now you can skewer and grill the meat alternately with pieces of paprika, onions and tomato slices on the grill on suitable skewers.
  • You can marinate any meat of your choice this way. (The longer it lies in the marinade, the better it tastes) It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
