Marinade for shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • ½ tsp honey
  • shrimp(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients and let the semi-frozen shrimp marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Then fry the shrimp in a pan.
