Egg salad and egg salad sandwich

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 gherkins
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip yogurt
  • 8 slices of toast (wholemeal toast)
  • 1 small head of lettuce
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them finely. Finely dice the gherkins and bell peppers. Mix with the Miracle Whip. The egg salad is ready. Wash and tear the lettuce. Slice the tomato. Briefly toast the whole-wheat toast in the toaster. After toasting, place a few lettuce leaves on top, then spread the egg salad on top. Place a slice of cooked ham and tomato slices on top. Place another slice of toast on top and cut it diagonally into a triangle.
