Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes
- 500 g celery
- 500 g dill
- 500 g parsley root(s)
- 500 g leek
- 500 g salt, uniodized
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Put all ingredients, except the salt, through a meat grinder using the coarse grinder. Mix thoroughly with the salt. Let it steep well and then pour into sterile jars. Tip: Great for soups, stews, casseroles, salads, dressings, etc.
