Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g carrot(s), young
- 1 tsp broth, instant
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the tender, young carrots or rub/brush them thoroughly. Bring 1 teaspoon of instant broth, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, and 6 tablespoons of water to a boil. Add the carrots, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool in the broth. Mix in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with coarsely chopped parsley. Perfect for an appetizer buffet.
