tastes especially delicious with grilled food!

Wash the peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and quarter them. In the summer, throw the peppers skin-side down on the grill, or in the oven during the colder months! Grill the peppers until they’re partially blackened on the outside and the skin may have burst. This makes it easier to peel off the skin. You don’t necessarily have to remove all of the skin, but it tastes better! Then salt the peppers and marinate them in olive oil. Let them sit for a while, and then enjoy! They’re especially good as a side dish to grilled food or as a starter with fresh white bread!
