Marinated chicken breast fillet skewers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil (pepper oil)
  • 1 pepper, pickled
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Curry, Thai
  • Chili, extra hot
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 large chicken breast fillet(s) approx. 150 g
  • ½ onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crush the garlic, finely dice 1/2 an onion, and mix with the oil, hot pepper oil, hot peppers, and spices. Cut the chicken breast fillet into large cubes and mix into the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours. Place two wooden skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes. Thread the meat cubes onto the skewers, occasionally adding onion slices. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on a well-preheated contact grill. You can also fry them in a pan until browned on all sides.
