Chicken with lemon and thyme

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized chicken breasts
  • 1 m.-large lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp thyme, dried
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rub the fillets with lemon zest and juice, olive oil, garlic, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper and cook in a griddle pan or on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Tip: Serve the chicken with hummus, a little olive oil, olives, and baguette. It’s perfect with a green salad.
