Ingredients
Marinated chicken and oven tomatoes
- 4 Chicken sausage
- 100 ml Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Shallots
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Espelette pepper
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 10 Vine tomatoes
Sweet potato sticks
- 1 size Sweet potato
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt
Instructions
Chicken sausages and oven tomatoes
- Put the ketchup in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and the sugar. Grate the garlic and shallots with a fine grater. Add the paprika and the Espelette pepper, stir well and season with salt and pepper. Put the meat in the marinade and let it steep for a few hours.
- Then put the meatballs with the marinade in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Halve the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and mix with a tablespoon of olive oil and add to the chicken drumsticks after approx. 25 minutes.
Sweet potato sticks
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into sticks and then put them in a freezer bag, add the sunflower oil and mix well and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and then season with salt and then bake for about 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees.
