Split the chicken wings at the joint. Mix the spices with the oil. Place the wings and marinade in a plastic bag, seal it, and knead to distribute the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and cook the wings for about 45 minutes using fan-assisted oven.
