Marinated grilled sea bream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 fish(s) (sea bream), approx. 2 kg, ready to cook
  • some oil for the foil
  • 4 spring onions, cut into strips
  • Salt
  • aluminum foil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (approx. thumb-sized), grated
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves, chopped, or parsley
  • 2 tbsp fish stock
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Wash the fish inside and out, pat dry, add a little salt to taste, and place it on a large piece of oiled aluminum foil. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the fish, drizzle a little into the belly. Close the aluminum foil and let the fish marinate for 1 hour. Then grill it on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for about 20-30 minutes.
