Salmon in lemon-garlic oil

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 stalks of thyme
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1,200 g salmon fillet(s) without skin
  • some salt and pepper
  • some herbs, fresh and
  • Lemon slice(s) for garnishing
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

super tasty on the grill

Combine garlic slices, herb leaves, oil, and lemon juice. Cut salmon into 4-6 pieces and season with pepper. Place in a shallow dish and drizzle with lemon oil and let cool for 2 hours. Turn occasionally. Remove salmon from the marinade, season with salt, and place each on a piece of oiled aluminum foil. Fold up the edges slightly. Grill salmon on the hot grill for about 10 minutes, then serve with herbs and lemon slices.
