Ingredients

  • 4 Meat skewers unseasoned, bought in the butcher shop I trust
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 25 ml Soy sauce dark
  • 25 ml Tarragon vinegar
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Chopped rosemary
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Coarse sea salt
  • 1 Lettuce fresh from our own garden
  • 4 Freshly cut tomatoes into small quarters
  • 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Cream
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 1 Lime fresh, the juice from it
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the marinade ingredients together and let the skewers marinate in it overnight.
  • I grilled them all around crispy the next day. But of course you can also fry them in the pan.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients. Cut in the tomatoes, add the washed, spun dry lettuce and mix everything lightly by hand.
  • Wit had oven fries and homemade garlic sauce with it.
