Marinated Pork Fillet Bacon Skewers with Garden Salad

The perfect marinated pork fillet bacon skewers with garden salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Meat skewers unseasoned, bought in the butcher shop I trust
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 25 ml Soy sauce dark
  • 25 ml Tarragon vinegar
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Chopped rosemary
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Coarse sea salt
  • 1 piece Lettuce fresh from our own garden
  • 4 piece Freshly cut tomatoes into small quarters
  • 1 piece Garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Cream
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 1 piece Lime fresh, the juice from it
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together and let the skewers marinate in it overnight.
  2. I grilled them all around crispy the next day. But of course you can also fry them in the pan.
  3. Mix the dressing ingredients. Cut in the tomatoes, add the washed, spun dry lettuce and mix everything lightly by hand.
  4. Wit had oven fries and homemade garlic sauce with it.
