Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g ham (Serrano)
- 100 g arugula
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- salt and pepper

Tapa, quick to make, suitable for a buffet
Combine olive oil, orange juice, salt, and pepper and toss with the arugula. Spread over the sliced ham and serve. This dish can also be prepared with Parma ham.
