Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tofu, natural
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp Provençal herbs or basil
- 1 garlic clove(s) or 0.5 tsp garlic granules
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 liter of salted water, for cooking

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Boil in heavily salted water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients to make the marinade. Drain the cooking water. Place the tofu cubes in a jar and pour the marinade over them. Mix thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
