Marinated tofu and feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp Provençal herbs or basil
  • 1 garlic clove(s) or 0.5 tsp garlic granules
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 1 liter of salted water, for cooking

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Boil in heavily salted water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients to make the marinade. Drain the cooking water. Place the tofu cubes in a jar and pour the marinade over them. Mix thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
