Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tofu, smoked, with herbs or plain, according to taste
- ½ cup soy sauce or vegetable broth
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 50 ml red wine
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
vegan and simple
Mix all ingredients except the tofu thoroughly in a bowl. Slice the tofu, place it in a bowl, and pour the marinade over it. The tofu should be completely covered with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Brown the tofu slices in the marinade in a non-stick pan. Serve with oven-baked root vegetables or rosemary potatoes.
