Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp nuts, ground or finely chopped
- 250 ml milk
- 3 tbsp semolina
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp clove powder
- ¼ tsp cardamom, ground
- 1 m.-sized orange(s)

Caramelize the sugar in a small saucepan. Add the nuts, stir, and toast briefly. Immediately deglaze with the milk. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in the semolina and spices and let it swell until the semolina has a porridge consistency. Remove the semolina from the heat. Cut the orange into small pieces and fold into the porridge. If you like, you can also segment it. The spices and quantities can be varied as desired; for example, you can use gingerbread spice or a ready-made spiced sugar from the recipe database.
