Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 chocolate bars (Mars), chilled, 58 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 18 minutes

Knead all ingredients, except the Mars Bars, together thoroughly and refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out cookies of any shape. Stars or hearts work best. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, remove the Mars Bars from the refrigerator and cut into not-too-thick slices. Remove the finished cookies from the oven and place a Mars Bar slice between each cookie. Press down slightly and let cool on a wire rack.
