  • 500 g powdered sugar, fine, sifted
  • 450 g ground almonds
  • 2 m.-large egg whites
  • 2 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Blend the almonds and powdered sugar together, then add the egg whites. Knead until smooth. Now add the lemon juice and almond flavoring. Knead again to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
