Tagliatelle with burro and formaggio

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta with butter and cheese – typical Italian starter

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan. Drain the pasta, let it drain well, and add it to the pan with the butter. Gradually add the cheese while tossing. Serve sprinkled with pepper. Alternatively, use truffle butter instead of butter or sprinkle with fresh truffle shavings. Serve with a glass of dry white wine.
