Marzipan cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • possibly chocolate coating (semi-sweet), for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the marzipan with the two egg whites thoroughly. Once the mixture is smooth, gradually add the other ingredients. Then mix until no lumps remain. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill the marzipan mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large nozzle and pipe shapes onto the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 175-200 degrees Celsius (350-400 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes; they should only be lightly browned. If desired, dip half of the cookies in semi-sweet chocolate, if desired.
