Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 200 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Recipe for the Isi Gourmet Whip

Cut the marzipan into pieces. Combine the cream, milk, and 50 ml of Amaretto in a saucepan, then add the marzipan. Heat until the marzipan dissolves. Then strain through a fine sieve. Add the remaining 50 ml of Amaretto and the seeds of one vanilla pod, and let it cool in the refrigerator. Pour the cooled marzipan cream sauce into the Isi Gourmet Whip and screw in two cans. Then return the container to the refrigerator for about an hour to cool. Serve with spiced apples or pears. Another delicious option is to cut orange segments and marinate them with orange juice and Grand Marnier. Place the marinated segments in Ikea tealight holders and pipe the foam on top.
