Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g marzipan – raw mass
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 75 g almond(s), ground
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Amaretto or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Makes about 30 pieces of soft-centered confectionery
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Knead all ingredients together with a fork or mixer. Form about 30 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown. They’ll be wonderfully soft inside. Keep sealed.
