Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp rum
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 packs of marzipan paste
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 1 pack of chopped pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Simply

Make a dough from the dough ingredients. Roll out the dough and cut out round cookies. Bake them in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. In the meantime, cut the marzipan into 1-2 cm cubes. Shape these into balls and place each one on a cookie. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the marzipan balls. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and let cool.
