Marzipan Paste with Amaretto Flavor
The perfect marzipan paste with amaretto flavor recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
In the electric coffee grinder:
- 100 g Almonds whole, finely ground [max. 10% bitter almonds]
Heat in the pot:
- 35 g Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
- 15 g Clarified butter
- 1 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
- 5 drops Bitter almond flavor
- 1 Msp Salt
- 1 tsp Pimento
Marzipan paste:
- Use a food processor or, better still, an electric coffee grinder to grind the almonds with a brown inner skin (color dispenser). First heat the other ingredients in the saucepan over low heat and then stir gently. Then mix the whole thing well and vigorously in a mixing pot with the spoon with the ground almonds.
Usable:
- Can be used for cake and tart fillings and for shaping and for ice cream and desserts, especially for pralinees.
