Ingredients
 

Batter:

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Cane sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 250 g Spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Aside from that:

  • 800 g Fresh plums

Instructions
 

  • Wash the plums well and remove the stones.
  • Grease the springform and line with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  • Coarsely grate the marzipan and whip together with the butter, egg yolk, vanilla pulp and sugar until creamy.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and stir well into the cream.
  • Carefully fold the egg whites into the dough, place in the springform pan and stick the plums upright in the dough.
  • Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
