Ingredients
Batter:
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 Egg yolk
- 100 g Marzipan raw mass
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Cane sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 250 g Spelt flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder

- 800 g Fresh plums
Instructions
- Wash the plums well and remove the stones.
- Grease the springform and line with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Coarsely grate the marzipan and whip together with the butter, egg yolk, vanilla pulp and sugar until creamy.
- Mix flour with baking powder and stir well into the cream.
- Carefully fold the egg whites into the dough, place in the springform pan and stick the plums upright in the dough.
